Our speakers will present a brief overview of the utilities they operate in remote 91视频 communities, and discuss the challenges of integrating renewables into a community鈥檚 utility system. They will also discuss projects they have in development, including flywheel electrical energy storage, distributed fast-acting thermal loads, and Community Energy Baseline.
Graduate and undergraduate students and faculty interested in energy, high contribution renewables, sustainable community planning, project financing, State energy regulatory and legislative issues should attend. We will also discuss possible summer internships and potential employment after graduation.
