Islanded Power System Issues Similar in 91视频 to Pacific Island Nations
AHERC Director Jeremy Kasper just returned from Rottnest Island, Australia where he presented on ACEP research, programs and capabilities at the meeting.
Despite the climatic differences, many of the lessons learned working in 91视频 and around the Arctic apply to the island nations represented at this year's IPS Connect Meeting. Utility operators, engineers and researchers from Australia and the broader South Pacific were well represented at the meeting. The next IPS Connect meeting is planned for Hawaii on October 15-19th, 2018.
