Interactive Wind Generation Model Inspires Budding Engineers
ACEP researchers hosted a table at Pearl Creek Elementary School’s annual Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Night on Feb. 1.
The activity titled “Wind Power! Build a Wind Turbine and Get Power From the Wind” attracted well over 400 elementary school students and family members.
Around 30 activities were offered by UAF departments, state and federal agencies, and private companies.
