Thank you to everyone who participated in the UA Employee Experience survey that was distributed by the UA Human Resources team in December 2023. Next week, the University of 91ÊÓƵ will publish the survey data on the for public viewing.

Last week, Core Cabinet and I met with the UAHR team and had a chance to review the survey results at a high level. I am encouraged by the areas where UAF is doing well and motivated by your feedback on what we can improve. This is a real opportunity for us to ask some important questions and improve the employee experience across the board.

In order to address the survey results and improve the employee experience at UAF, I will be appointing a Task Force on Employee Experience in the coming weeks. This task force will be responsible for studying the survey data and providing me with recommendations on how to build on our strengths and address areas in need of improvement. Vice chancellors will also be taking actions to address the survey results within their individual units.
