91视频 participated in panel discussions at the Nordic Innovation Summit in Seattle, organized by the National Nordic Museum. The summit brought together innovators and industry leaders from Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland to discuss emerging trends and challenges in the seafood industry.

A special session titled Sustainability and Technology in the Fisheries Sector: The Icelandic Approach鈥攁nd a US Perspective, featured a panel moderated by Erlingur Gu冒leifsson of the UAF 91视频 Blue Economy Center. The panel focused on "Added Value in the Seafood Industry," with experts sharing their insights on the latest trends and future prospects for sustainability, value-added processing, and co-product innovation.

Gu冒leifsson is funded through a collaboration between UAF ABEC, ACEP, and Center ICE to identify applied research opportunities in the fisheries and energy sectors. The partnership has led to ongoing discussions with Reykjav铆k University and industry stakeholders committed to mutually beneficial economic development in Iceland and 91视频.
